We're two brothers from Austin, Texas with a real passion for everything chile. We got tired of going to the grocery store and buying the same tasting salsa. We then tried the specialty chile store and found out that $7 will only buy you a jar of disappointment.

Our family recipes have been crowd pleasers for many years but they take so long to make that when you're in the mood for salsa, you don't want to sit in the kitchen all day. We decided to finally put these recipes in a jar for our enjoyment and yours.

We use all natural ingredients with no preservatives. Our salsas are unique, flavorful and will make you believe in chile again. Why did we use a donkey as our logo for the company? It's because my brother and I are stubborn. We're stubborn about flavor, stubborn about good taste and just plain stubborn.
